how can i restore factory settings when the panel wont let me in the system all it does is goes into alarm mode when i power it up and i cant stop it

Thought he might want a second opinion as he seems to be ignoring your advice.

Gorin power it up again and try the default user code 1234...then look at your user manual and change it to what ever you like.
