April 5, 200521 yr comment_46901 Thanks Brian for the comforting words. I have moved the sensitivity jumper to the normal position this morning, still picks up movement in the same area, so I will see how I get on. Thank you Alistair Edited April 5, 200521 yr by aechlin Link to comment https://www.thesecurityinstaller.co.uk/community/topic/5637-question-about-pirs/page/2/#findComment-46901 Share on other sites Share on LinkedIn Share on X Share on Facebook {lang="reddit_text" Share via email Share on Pinterest
 April 8, 200521 yr comment_47602 IS 215T is a good detector, I still use them on some jobs and IIRC I only recall ever having to replace one. 47532[/snapback] I lived in fear when I mentioned the make etc, after a reply that said get decent one if its a cheapy. I regarded £8 from Screwfix a cheapy......... ...whereas £30 odd is not a cheapy. So, all in all then, Ive turned the sensitivity down and its been fine ever since.
