March 28, 200521 yr comment_45948 Have you tried the default master code? I've found some people leave things at default for some reason. I'm not familiar with the Aritech kit, but with some other systems you can set it so that entering the code will just arm the system but if you enter your code and immediately press menu you get the menus. Just a thought. March 29, 200521 yr comment_45995 try ************.(and dont forget to push the 0 first!! ) This may get you into engineering depending on wether the engineer code has been changed or not. Mind you,It may be different than the UK as your panel is defaulted for Ireland Chris P.S. if you have got a maintenace contract with a company please dont mess around in engineer mode. This could void your insurance. March 29, 200521 yr comment_46042 Hi Chris , I tried those codes but they didn't work thanks anyway. I contacted the guy today and explained the situation and he gave me a code that he had setup himself. So I am able to get in now. Once again thanks to everyone that responded, you were all a great help. I really appreciate it.
