Locked Engineer codes cannot be unlocked without the correct Boss Engineer

code & Unlocking a locked Engineer code that has been lost is subject to returning the unit to the manufacturer who will impose a minimum charge.

Texicoms view on the veritas is if it out of guarantee and the engineer code is locked throw it in the bin. When I called them they were not interested.

Possibly because its almost as cheap to buy a new panel, than ship it to them, get it reset and ship it back.
