Olsevanseng Posted Thursday at 18:32 Share Posted Thursday at 18:32 Hi everyone im new to this forum and joined hoping that someone out there has an installation manual for a DA ensign control panel. I have the user manual but would like to make some changes to the system. I am an electrical/ electronics engineer and am confident with this type of equipment. I noticed that there is a download link but only available for trade members. Could someone please provide a link or point me in the right direction. PeterJames Posted Thursday at 18:54 Share Posted Thursday at 18:54 Theres a blast from the past, it must be about 40 years old. Good luck with that panel you would be better off replacing it with something a bit newer, it wasn't that easy to work on when it was new. Sorry we are unable to supply engineering manuals here. MrHappy Posted Thursday at 19:23 Share Posted Thursday at 19:23 The link is there..... the file is not. You could probably pay a man to put some decent controls in for the same price as Samsung 50" telly ? Olsevanseng Posted Friday at 12:40 Author Share Posted Friday at 12:40 Yes it is old but I know it works fine and just cant bring myself to change it for something new. I did think about upgrading it but it does what I want it to do and its never let me down. Thanks for replies though appreciate it. Just bear in mind you are living on borrowed time with that panel, and alarms do have a habit of going wrong just at the wrong time, like just when you are about to go on holiday. When you are relying on something to protect your property, its important that it is reliable. You probably dont have a 40 year old boiler or a 40 year old fridge, or TV, did you bring yourself to change those?
