Does anyone know where I can get sensors for the optima 2 plus, 1 to replace an existing one which is faulty and one to extend to another room, if they are not available is it possible to get sensors that are compatable with this system

Most wired detection devices are compatible with your Optima , Texecom Reflex are a good budget pir.But what makes you think your pir is faulty?.Why not get a reputable installer round to check out your system and quote for your upgrade/extension work.

I've swapped the sensor with another one elsewhere in the house and the fault moves with the sensor, tried getting the original installer back to replace sensor and look at installing extras, its months since he said he would come, waste of space - maybe the jobs not big enough for him ?

What makes you think they are on here? - if they were they would have done the job properly in the first place if it was one of us.

Your control panel type has been on the market for a long time, so I take it your system may be quite old? Also, do you have a maintenance agreement with the installer?

I saw one of those optima 2+ on the antiques alarm roadshow on sunday their really going up in value there worth 57p on the open market now

Had the "pleasure" to be in halewood the other week, & I wonder if DNS could pass on my regards to the user of the "glow in the dark" orange odyssey bell boxes i guess it just a matter of taste?
