My pyronix Euro 46 alarm showed a control panel battery test fault. I bought a new battery same brand, same model same mah\voltage. 

 

Have swapped it out which didnt seem to complicated, the orange 'active' light clicked back on , on the panel after swapping the battery over, however,  the control panel battery test fault is still there. 

 

Is there any more that has to be done to clear the fault or have i installed it incorrectly , or is it some other issue.

Bet its set up for set up for engineer reset for tamper (Default)

Not the battery fault that needs reseting but the lid tamper

So Engineer code will most likely be required
