Door locks which allow online code changes?

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I have a property in South Asia and would like to secure entry by code lock which can be changed online.

The area can also have compromised electrical supply but good 5g, 4g cover.

Any ideas how this can be done?

Regards

We would normally use access control for this, smart locks are an option but are more aimed at DIY use than Pro security providers

Hey there! It's great to see that you're taking steps to ensure the security of your property in South Asia. Using a code lock that can be changed online is a smart move, especially in an area with compromised electrical supply.

As you mentioned, it's fortunate that you have good 5G and 4G coverage in the area, which opens up some possibilities for remote access and monitoring.

One thing that comes to mind is using a smart lock system that connects to your home network or a cellular network, allowing you to manage access remotely. There are a lot of options out there, so it's worth doing some research to find one that suits your needs and budget. It might also be a good idea to have some close protection bodyguards on hand, just in case.
