The speech dialler has a 

 

Negative

Positive

Trigger

Phone connections 

 

As a basic

 

Negative to negative

Positive to 12v+ aux 

Trigger can connect to the bell trigger which you may need to setup on the v2tel side after

Phone connections to 2&5 of your extension socket , not the master side will be easiest for you

 

Although if you got opportunity to return the dialler and get a GSM version you maybe better off future wise
