I have a challeneg 100 alarm bought house person never gave me number now cant use can anyone tell me how i can reset it thanks

Welcome to the forum.

 

That panel is probably DIY and it is quite old, the default user code is ##REMOVED## if that doesn t work then you need to get a company in to default it  if you can find someone that will support that panel now.

It is likely that it hasnt been serviced in a while and so its best to get someone to look at it anyway, if you start using it and it goes faulty it can allsorts of problems with your new neighbors
