Guest Michael P Posted August 26, 2003 Share Posted August 26, 2003 I installed a hard-wired alarm system in my flat over the weekend (magnetic door contact, Rokonet Quad PIR, Odyssey 3 sounder, ADE Informa Speech Dialer and Accenta G3 control panel with two Keypads). The system appears to work fine but I somehow cannot part-set the alarm. I setup Program 1 to include all the sensors and Program 2 to use the door sensor only for nighttime use. However, whatever I try I do not seem to be able to activate Program 2. I checked the programming of the control panel and only the one zone is selected in Program 2. Service Engineer Posted August 26, 2003 Share Posted August 26, 2003 Sounds as though when you programmed Programme 2 you forgot to program option 6 (the setting method), go back into programming and make sure option 6 has a setting. ........................................................ JB_ Posted August 26, 2003 Share Posted August 26, 2003 Yeah the parts 2 and 3 come factory set as disabled for the exit mode in programming and need to be turned on. Just as Dave said.
