Hello. My house alarm uses a 9930 keypad which has become unresponsive. The first day digit of the date flashes continually and the buttons beep when pressedbut dont actually do anything. 

 

Dies anyone have any ideas how to reset?

Probably needs a service , I had one though recently which had some kind of checksum error in log , reset itself defaulted to factory settings by itself 

 

So could be you need to scrap it , although the 9651 isn't bad panel

I echo what Al-yeti has said, a service or upgrade would be the way to go
