Apply for trade, but we still dont share engineers codes. Its bad practice and laziness, how would you ever know if its programmed correctly if you dont program it yourself.

Yeah totally agree that's why I need the codes so I can download the configuration, both are fairly big Galaxy systems one of them has cctv Redwalls attached don't what to crash it without knowing how it's programmed, My customer has contacted Protec to change code to a generic one, they don't want know.

They are obliged to, assuming that the customer is paying for their time.

not obliged to, Op you should crash and program as you see fit to the clients requirements. Never take on old programming who knows what was the requirements then.
