Its bad practice and laziness, how would you ever know if its programmed correctly if you dont program it yourself. V Electrical Service Posted April 22, 2018 Author Share Posted April 22, 2018 Yeah totally agree that's why I need the codes so I can download the configuration, both are fairly big Galaxy systems one of them has cctv Redwalls attached don't what to crash it without knowing how it's programmed, My customer has contacted Protec to change code to a generic one, they don't want know.
