Got a site with guardall dt15s on and recently had a call from the customer saying that one of them is showing as an open zone with the amber led stuck on. Any ideas?

Price up for detector replacement and some time to check the fault maybe

Yes, going to head over there in the morning with a new DT and have a look. Can always replace it

The amber LED on these is for the PIR, flashing is PIR masked but on solid is PIR fault if I recall.

Cheers. Replaced it this morning as it was stuck open and in pir fault
