Hi there, I'm really hoping someone can help me with this infinite prime issue. I installed one at my own house a few years ago, no issues and recently saved me from a burgulary after going off when the intruder broke in. I understand most of the operations and must have done something right to make mine work 3 years ago.

 

Im now trying to install one at my mums house, I'm completely stuck though as it won't let me access the 9 programming menu, just says access denied. I've just the code stated in the instructions 1111 which allows me to access some of the menu, just not the nitty gritty of programming. Thanks for any help

Where you buy it? Sounds like me menu is locked off or you changed code , or perhaps the one who sold it to you didn't give you real manager code or something ?
