ire is a basically a reflective count based on the image. Often seen in 0.003 lux at 50 ire. If you have a mirror at x meters gives a 'usable' image. Its supposed to show the sensitivity of the chip way before long exposures etc came into it.

plus sync should be 300mv, video should be 700 above sync pulse but its all old school now as that the old PAL system
