budda Posted February 21, 2016 Share Posted February 21, 2016 I've had an ongoing problem with some devices reporting "supervision loss" in my Risco Cloud event log. The sun room is a PIR camera device. As you can see this was since last summer, and the original installer has gone AWOL. Does this message mean the PIR is faulty, or (as i saw in some other posts on this forum) the signal strength is poor on Risco kit ?
