February 21, 201610 yr comment_441246 I've had an ongoing problem with some devices reporting "supervision loss" in my Risco Cloud event log. The sun room is a PIR camera device. As you can see this was since last summer, and the original installer has gone AWOL. Does this message mean the PIR is faulty, or (as i saw in some other posts on this forum) the signal strength is poor on Risco kit ?
