Id thought as much. You can buy VOIP units that multiplex 4 telephone lines into an ADSL line, obviously you need another unit at the other end, but sounds great for businesses with remote offices.

We're just starting to get into VoIP, some of the VoIP options on the new Panasonic KX-TDA systems are quite good. They've got configurations for inter-site links with huge leased lines and smaller units to connect homeworkers into a central offices phone and data network via 512k leased lines.

Yeah some seriously nice systems out there, linksys has some nice projects going together with Sipura (Makers of SPA2000 & 3000) really neat little gadgets.
