My some tripped over the battery box in the loft and it registered it as a tamper event! Don't feel able to contact the installer as he is a family member who has serious health issues (advanced testicular cancer). He has bigger problems to worry about. Can anyone give me a bit of guidance or recommend an engineer in the Wolverhampton area please?
