BveshPatel Posted September 24, 2015 Author Share Posted September 24, 2015 Not sure what to make of this but batteries replaced and tamper faults are recognised by the panel however not if they are removed from their position I.e you can remove the battery and take the pir off the wall and the system would be none the wiser. datadiffusion Posted September 25, 2015 Share Posted September 25, 2015 This is, sadly, normal, that if you were able to defeat the tamper (or there is no back tamper) you would be able to freely remove devices for a certain period before the 'polling' or 'supervision' realised the device was missing, this is the biggest reason for ditching 1-way wireless systems TBH.
