I have a mate with the above phone system. Can a user change the low cost call routing prefix them selves.

Present local calls go via BT

Long distance Via Cable & Wireless.

He needs to route all calls either through cable & wireless or BT

I presume by now you have sorted your Hicom.

Either that or thrown it away!!!

If you are still having probs, let me know and i can sort out a CD for programming for you.

And the answer toyour question is YES you can sort out the LCR.
