Casssecuritysystems Posted June 5, 2015 Posted June 5, 2015 Hi all, just curious how people are quoting for jobs wether its via hand written quotes, email quotes or postal quotes or even printed quotes whilst out on sites. I personally send emails to clients when I get home.
timmo66 Posted June 5, 2015 Posted June 5, 2015 Full proposals. Letter, spec, quotation, order/agreement form. Will email to speed things up if required but always get a hard copy signed order.
whistle Posted June 5, 2015 Posted June 5, 2015 Email, then posted agreement form with T&C etc then fit, once fitted a paper copy of the full specification left with customer along with all the other paperwork.
