Can anyone identify the this,

 

Obviously its an AI-Phone  and I believe its discontinued due to being hard to find on Google images

I'm looking for a manual to reset the user codes and reprogram it

All the ai phone stuff we do are modular and have the seperate model numbers on the back of each module. When had to change codes before there technical support were very helpful
