Sounds better than the effort of soldering! 9651 Posted November 10, 2014 Share Posted November 10, 2014 To me this sounds like multiple sites. On any RI the PCB is left well alone. We used to get sites where pulling the hold off would usually result in a bell tamper or ringing bell with panel in day (sab lost hold off) a few days later. Just not worth the grief. Have had another 3 sites in the last week random tampers on single ccts. Have knocked Menvier on the head, I cannot see how a company can sustain this level of callouts for seemingly random tamper conditions. Have moved over to Texecom. datadiffusion Posted November 19, 2014 Share Posted November 19, 2014 There is no-one here from Eaton on the boards now, they will prob just refer you to the new Menvier series which are just ion-clones with a few fancy features (and the only 300 zone model) Plug on's have caused me hassle in the past. Suspect that a bit closer to the time you might have got a later pcb out of them, all my common platform stuff has the PCB marked up for plug-ons with standard terminals fitted instead at the factory.
