Delete all the devices and start again.

Sounds like it's not been commissioned correctly.

If you don't read the manual carefully and follow the commissioning instructions you will have a nightmare.

The best way to prove this is put it in walk test then trigger the zone.

Take it out of walk test and it will now set, but will probably do the same again.

Failing that we need to know.

*Firmware version of the Panel

*List of the devices and types

*The setting for each of the devices (Auto/Hybrid/Awake)
