So no, they won't be sending a replacement. tbh never used it, have they closed their CCTv dept or gone under?to o/p, i'd think a straight swap and try, some pc based kit has a licence chip on the 1st board, easy to see as subsequent boards have empty sockets If you think education is difficult, try being stupid!!!!
