My new property has a Scantronic 9427 which I presume is the 9448 alarm. Nobody knows the code for the keypad. Does anyone know how I get round this to find the code and/or reset?

If you dont know any codes it will require a program or replacing

suggest go back to the estate agents, they will often have the user code in order to show prospective buyers arround the site, and will know the vendors. You could ask them to contact the vendor for the installers details.
