Galaxy Flex 20, Strange Error/warning

Recommended Posts

Hi
I have a flex 20 panel with a strange error. (Not sure what it is).

Panel is bought and installed by me, I don´t have a service contract. I´m using RF units only.

It has been working perfectly until now (or stil is except the error).

My main door with a magnetic contact (DO800M) is programmed as Part-Final zone.

When I set the system (full or part doesn´t matter) the panel displays 1021 Entré (which is my main door)
Whith the choices [esc] to cancel and [enter] to override.

If I override the system sets and everything is fine. I´ve triggered the system via the main door and it works.

Nothing shows up in the log and the magnetic contact seems to work.

Any idéa why I recieve this error (or warning rather...)?

Display Zone gives me

1021 Closed/Open (woorking fine)

RF105
Sig09
Lo03

Can´t fins anything about it in the logs, displayed as a normal set operation.

The exact info displayd when setting (part or full) is

1021          Part-Final

Esc to cancel, Ent to override

Thank you for the reply

Nothing, I just need to press enter when the message appears and the system sets as usual. (with a user code or by using a keyfob)

I have aloso tried the manager code to set the system and the result is the same: 1021 Part-Final...........

When I exit engineer mode everything looks fine, no tamper warnings or anything like that.

I bit annoying as the keyfob more or less become obsolete because I stil nedd to press a key [ent] to set.

Sounds like it has an un acknowledged alert from tgst cercuit. Try a 51,17

reboot the panel
