when i cut power from panel it sounds but no strobe

tamper switch works

full alarm sounder and strobe together

a google search does say contineous led in product features of you were looking to buy

also battery link works as it should

Well my PDF says flashing leds. Cannot remember the last time I actually worked on one so it could be changed now. It happens.

Tampers work................great.

Full alarm yes sounder and strobe..............great.

Battery link works...........good, so it sounds when power is removed.

Most if not all have no strobe on power off as it will drain the battery faster than a hole in a bucket of water.

So you have no issues if the above is all correct, If not ring them up and ask. They make it.

thanks for all your help this upgrade of my alarm was prompted because a theif let himself in through 2upvc doors using a latch tool cause my teenage sons didnt pull the door handles up and didnot engage the throw out bolts

the alarm was not turned on otherwise 100% it would of gone off

they stole a kettle and toaster which caused much confusion

so their you go i got the right security buy failed to use it properly i got off lightly in hindsight

You did.

Lesson 1. Teach the boys to lock everything and set the alarm at night, mine do now after I made out we were robbed and their games stations and other bits were gone after they did the same once.

Lesson 2. See lesson 1.

Glad we helped.
