Hi guys , need help in step by step resetting xplan400 access controller ( proper resetting ) , did try to initialize it so to restore factory settings but nothing happend ( only lost cards information ) . cannot get any information of xPlan tech support ( Im not registered with them ) . There must be some sort of jumpers on the panel or something that needs to be linked together and there is no information about this on the manuals ( from their site ) . does anyone familiar with those controllers ?

Wasn't on site yet ( didn't get chance to go there yet ) , so at the moment cannot tell you if it would help ( I'm sure it would ) , so anyway thanks for your help .
