Hi,

Please can anyone with experience with Agility help, Im having some trouble setting it up for GSM dial out (follow me function)

Ive been told by Risco, all thats needed is sim insertion, enable follow me in eng mode, then user mode settings to define follow me numbers,

But im getting errors, firstly was saying SIM fault, put in another sim, but cannot get to follow me menu, under communications, all I get is communication - method menu

Any help most appreciated

what sim are you using and have you tested it in a phone etc

I am using a 3 sim, has been activated, and working in a phone.

I am wondering is there limitations on which network to use on the GSM?

id assume the module in the panel isnt 3g. Have you tried a non 3g sim?

Ive put in another non 3g sim (Lyca) and I dont get sim fault anymore, but cant get to the Follow me menus still,

under programming, communication, theres only the the "Method" menu available, there should be more menu options under comms, like ARC, configuration software and Follow me. Im not sure what ive missed, driving me crazy..

reboot with new sim installed?

Yes, rebooted, the lights above the sim connector are green (PWR) constantly on, yellow (GSM) flashing every 3 seconds.

Interestingly from ebgineering menu, under testing gsm signal is 4 out of 5,

but going in follow me menu it says not available..
