Sorted it..

For anyone that may need to set this up, here are the steps to enable dialler/text from the agility panel;

1. Under programming > Controls > Communication > FM Enable, ensure this is enabled with a Y (default should be Y according to manual but was set to N!)

2. under programming > Comunications > Follow me menu will now be visible, and settings can be defined.

3. If only using GSM, under Programming > Communication > Method > PSTN > Timers, PSTN lost delay should be set to 00, default is 04, (this will stop the monitoring of PSTN line, which causes line fault)

4. Define Follow settings under Programming > Communications > Follow me, if using GSM only settings dial out priority for each follow me number should be set to use Gsm only, default is Pstn/GSM.

5. User can define the number Under follow me menu.
