Hi,

My mum has a Paragon Plus fitted at her home since 1994. My stepdad died a few months ago and she doesnt have the master code to reset the alarm when it goes off. Is there any way she can do a factory restore? Sorry for the vague detail but I'm a newbie here so any pointers would really help! I have the installation and user manuals but unfortunately my step dad didnt write the code anywhere on them!

If she does this though she would need to program the system from scratch.

What fast car should have said is there is no way of just defaulting the codes without defaulting the system completely
