Good afternoon forum,

i am in a bit of a pickle with a replacement control panel i have just finished installing. I had a similar panel which had gone faulty so i tried to get as close a replacement as possible this is what they sold me.

http://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/TSACMG4.html

I can say that the wiring in virtually the same as the old panel, however with the old panel i had an internal sounder which would sound when i entered or exited the house, i have wired it up in the exact same way as before but now the internal sounder only sounds when the alarm is triggered.

Can anyone please help me with a possible answer to my internal sounder not working???

regards

tony

Is there an adjustable volume pot on the main pcb, and is it to low to hear?

What was the old panel?

Hi the old panel was a citadel xr2 panel. Not sure if i can get any further info but the the internal pcb seems almost identical to the new one.
