December 21, 201015 yr comment_262782 Hi there, I have a texecom premier 48 system that I installed about 3 years ago, last night I had 2 pirs fault out at exactly the same time, they are on separate zones and are in different parts of the house. Its asking for system reset but won't reset, both detectors seems to be working (no faults on them now). Detector fault zone 5 and zone 1 (area needs reset A). Can pirs be effected by temperature? it just seems strange that both faulted out at the same time when there completely separate so I'm thinking it could be a fault in the main unit? Any help appreciated, also if anyone can recommend a texecom/specialist engineer based in the midlands?
