You can get devices that do this independent of your system. Tbh in most cases people turn it off after the novelty wears off, to act as a warning fir babies wandering un noticed, i used to set chime for front door and landing for my house alarm clients, takes about a fortnight before they phone and ask how to switch it off, usually due to wifes insistence. They get fed up with hubby or the kids comming in late, and disturbing them, you also start to disregard it as most times it's a 'legitimate' activation. I'd suggest get an auto flood fitted that has a chime, cost about £40 + fitting, and aids your safety and convenience at night.
