Designed for a wide variety of power supply applications, Vista has released three new 12V DC 4 amp PSUs.

Suitable for internal or external use and supplied in a robust IP66 rated housing, Vista's VPSU124x range of PSUs are available as 8, 4 or single output units.

Including individually fused outputs, the VPSU1241 supplies a single 4 amp output, whilst the VPSU1244 features 4 x 1 amp outputs, and the VPSU1248 supplies 8 x 0.5 amp outputs.

Featuring a rugged plastic casing that is easier to handle than metal-cased versions, the VPSU124x range also makes fault finding simple, with LED indicators per output. Capable of accepting a wide-ranging input voltage, from 90 - 264Vac (47-63Hz), the PSUs can be used worldwide. They are also tested to EN50130-4, meeting the latest EU efficiency recommendations for power supplies.

"Helping to ensure their installation can be carried out with the minimum of fuss,

engineers will appreciate the VPSU124x range are supplied with easy access connectors," says Mark Pritchard, divisional director of Vista. "Assisting quick and simple installation, the PSUs are also pre-fitted with 2 x 22mm cable entry / exit glands."
