November 4, 201015 yr comment_256754 especially not new builds with foil backed gyproc walls, they just play havoc with the radio signals. agreed, with certain types ie aerial in panel, homelink75 is a pain cos of same. although, i must say, i bet it's something to do with the positioning of the portal on the G2...most domonials ive seen, the panels are in electrical cupboards, next to the mains, whereas, when i change them out to a G2, i fit the RF portal just above head height, and usually a few feet away from any seeable interference yep agree again. & homelink 55 overcomes the issue cos rfx (portal to gal bods?) sited in a better position. wouls add though, I-on has aerial in panel not had issues, but then seperate keypad so panel itself goes to better postion.
