May 12, 200916 yr comment_237129 I have a job where the morley fire panel keeps coming in fault and displaying s/w checksum fail. What does this mean?? Could be a number of things, most likely corrupt firmware. Have you tried a full cold restart of the panel? And have a config back up ready to put on once you have. Bill. May 12, 200916 yr comment_237130 enter commission mode, then config, it will prompt you to unlock the memory, at this point unlock the memory and then enter configure. exit the configure menu, then press 3 for normal operation, again the panel will prompt you to lock the memory, lock the memory then press 3 again to return to normal operation. This might clear it!
