Number of cameras is not relly relevent is it ?

Usual way is X No. of Hrs per 100Mtrs, You'll be surprised how this works out in practice.

Plus what you consider a resonable average time per Camera, plus time for DVR etc , etc.

Plus travel, other contingencies etc.

You really do need experience, especially to guestimate the last though.

Then commissioning time, training your customer, a few call outs while they get the hang of it

Its a stupid question as you might have guessed by now, but if all being well an average could be 2/3 days for 8 and a week for 16 maybe.

Reality is anything but average though.
