Depends if they check and test everything, then cover it.

Different perspective then isnt it.

Like i said, it would have to be a member based in London for their opinion to be valid, although i think the O/P should get 2 quotes from SSAIB firms aswell.

Well, just noticed that the 1st quote also included

A dummy box at the back of the house

A supplementary internal sounder to give warning upon activation of The Alarm System!!! Whatever that is!

An option to pay over a year at 0% rate

I will.

I will.

They should all include those parts, bar the payment plan.

Good, let us know how you get on.

I thought the internal sounder is kind of built into the panel itself, or the keypad! I wasn't expecting a separate device!

What style?!

If someone who has no interest whatsoever, comes to me with a professional advise, I would have nothing but respect and appreciation for this person's willingness to help in every way he can.

Some fit an ancillary sounder too. It draws an intruder away from the control panel and gives more time for the comms to dial out. Basically.

sounds a good deal, not many companies offer that, and nothing wrong using exsisting cables as long as they test ok,installers dream
