Galaxy G3 Ring Mobile Or Sms?

Featured Replies

Hi Folks,

Is there a way to program the Galaxy G3 to call or text my mobile if the alarm goes off? It is connected to a BT line.

Thanks.

Yes, it can send SMS messages.

You`ll need a centre number programmed into the panel by an engineer.

If you are already connected to a monitor station just list the mobile No as a key holder to be notified ! .

The system isn't monitored at the moment, it will be, but at the moment I am the engineer, so can I program it or will this not work until it is monitored, I don't have a centre number?

For normal use the following settings should be used.

option 56.1.17.1 = The recipient mobile number

option 56.1.17.2 = 07958879889 ( Centre number T-Mobile)

That should help
