Had another read of your post Red Bull and is definetly a service lock out.

Been in our house for 5 months and everything has been working fine so will tackle them with the info you've given me if get any problems

Appreciate you taking the time out to respond to my query - really value your help as someone that has no clue about these things it's superb of you to lend a hand.
