Tbh -0 quicker to phone them with your NI number.

They can check there and then. This has all been vastly overhyped as only very few did not receive it. Worth a check but confirm via a phone call first.

Ring 0845 302 1437 get through to an operator and ask to check if you received the 2002/2003 tax credit - quote your NI and confirm security info and away you go.
