Many Thanks for you help in advance.

When I set my alarm I have the message PIR 004 SUN ROOM active.

I presume the PIR has gone closed, or open circiut, which ever way round these things work!

Before I rush off and buy a replacement PIR for the Conservatory (Sun Room)

would there be any other simple things to diagonose the problem?

I have tried setting the PIR on all settings i.e. pet, standaed etc

Yes just tested 13vDC on power in

have cleaned terminals

PIR led flashes 3 times when put back into backplate - then no led when you move hand across sensor

I have changed the dip swithches to

1 = low

2+ 3 tp pet avoid

If you have power to it and there is no walk test LED then yes, replace the detector.

The relay sounds faulty mate in the pir might be worth swapping it over for a replacment and see if you have the same problems or order a replacement pcb for the pir
