Without a proper diagnosis your better getting an engineer round.

I had a callout before christmas for an Optima compact that went dead during a powercut and it took the panel and bell which had to be replaced.

What area are you in? Have a look on the list of companies on the forum for your area and get your system serviced and covered for call out then you wont have any worries.

Sounds like one of the glass fuses (the one for the aux power to your keypads) has blown when the power has come back on, I'd check them (if you know how to use a multimeter) If not then I'd get an engineer in to check it.

The optima panels did have a small glitch in them with powercuts and the memory resetting although it wasn't excessive, we've still got a lot of them out there in the field and it does happen but not on a regular occurance.
