Hi, can anyone help? Ive got a Securit 800L house alarm that has worked perfect for the last five years but over Christmas failed! It full sets but without exit delay. It wont part set, the only code it will acsept is my arm / disarm code. When I enter my code it shows no faults / no tamper. Engineer access code does nothing.

5yrs, has it ever been serviced in this time?

if not, theres your answer.

maybe wait until Monday as you'll struggle to get anyone out over new year

sounds like its a timer issue? been messing in engineers mode?
