Eurosec Cp8l : Low Batt. & Bell Tmp

Featured Replies

No one has been in and no cables have been disturbed. The fault just occured in the evening. Could it be the bell box that have developed a fault and thats why i blowing the fuse? Just wondered as thats outside. Weather and that.

Thanks

Dan

There is a short in the cable somewhere. Try removing the wires from the aux supply and switch panel on. If this blows the fuse it sounds like the bell.

I would call an engineer in to try an resolve the fault and test system etc.

!

Try removing the wires from the aux supply.

Just the positives will do, then replace the fuse, then

Switch panel on.

Then replace the positive wires one at a time till the fuse blows again. There's the faulty circuit.

You`ll need to reboot it and/ or have it unlocked by the manf too.
the engineer code can be reset by an engineer, but only if the original code starts with somethin other than 9. Bit daft but hey....
