December 2, 200817 yr comment_217824 I have a further question about the Optima control panel. As I will be helping my dad out at the end of the week to resolve an issue with his alarm, I was thinking of giving him my old Texecom bell box to replace his ageing Maplin one! Only trouble is, the connections are rather daunting - am I right in the following... Optima Panel....................Texecom Ext. Sounder Strobe +...........................?? Strobe - ...........................S?? (-ve applied input to activate strobe) D (+ve supply)..................A (Permanent +ve supply) B (-ve sounder trigger).......B (-ve input to activate siren) A (-ve supply)....................D?? (permanent -ve supply) T (-ve tamper return).........C (-ve removed on tamper output) Any help, much appreciated...
